How long does a website build take? +
It depends on the tier. Starter is 7 days from kickoff. Growth is 10 to 14 days. Premium is 14 to 21 days. We work backward from a launch date with you on day one, and we hit it. If something would push us past it, you'll hear about it before it happens.
Do you charge by the hour? +
No. Project work is fixed-price. We scope the work, give you a number, and that's the number on the invoice. If a project goes long, that's our problem, not yours. Retainers are flat monthly fees too — you always know what you're paying.
What if I want changes after launch? +
30 days of post-launch support is included with every project — small tweaks, fixes, training questions, anything reasonable. After that, you can either pay per change or sign up for a Site Care retainer ($99/mo) which covers ongoing updates. Founding clients get the first month free.
Who owns the website and accounts? +
You do. All of it. The domain, the hosting account, the code, the email platform, the CRM, the chatbot — every account is set up in your name from day one. If you ever want to walk away, you can take everything with you. We don't trap clients.
Do you work with clients outside the Carolinas? +
Yes. We're remote-first and work with clients across the continental US. We do most of our communication via email, video calls, and shared docs — so being in the next state over works the same as being in the next county.
What's the founding-client thing? +
We're hand-selecting our first ten clients — that's the founding cohort. Founding clients get locked-in pricing for life, the first month of any retainer free, a direct line to a partner, and a "founding client" badge if they want it. In return, we ask for a testimonial when the project launches. That's it. Currently 7 of 10 spots remain.
What if I already have a website? +
Two paths. We can rebuild it (often the cleaner option, and most of the cost goes into design and content rather than starting from scratch), or we can take over and improve what you have on a retainer. The discovery call is the right place to figure out which makes more sense for your situation.
Can you build something that isn't on your services list? +
Probably. Custom software, weird integrations, niche industry tools — we do a lot of that under our software development umbrella. Pricing is quote-based since scope varies wildly. Tell us what you need on the call and we'll tell you whether we're the right team for it.
